Relax outside with us at Kökar, where the rocks and the sea surround the knot and the only thing that breaks the silence are the seagulls and the fishing boat from the village.
Out here, as far out into the outer archipelago as you can get, wind and sea have had free rein to shape Kökar’s rocks since time immemorial. The special nature with the countless beaches and islets leaves no one untouched.
But not only untamed nature reigns here. The many bays that are sheltered from wind and waves also invite lazy summer days, with sun-warmed rocks made for stretching out and lapping up the sun. Here, in the middle of this paradise, you will find us, Klobbar’s guesthouse and cabins.
Accommodation
Guesthouse
Here, families, groups and individuals can stay comfortably at a favorable price. There are 17 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 four-bed room.
We have a total of 20 rooms and all are smoke and pet free. Two of the double rooms have their own toilet and the four-bed room also has its own shower. In the corridor there are shared toilets and several spacious shower rooms.
Wi-Fi is included. Adjacent to the rooms is also a meeting room with TV.
Cabins 32 m2
We have 6 pcs. cottages with a living area of 32 m², all spacious with a veranda.
The cottages have two bedrooms with two beds each. There is also a bed in the large cabin. The large cabin is equipped with an electric stove with oven, refrigerator, sink and microwave. In each cabin there is also a washroom.
Water supply is right outside the cabin. Directly adjacent to the cottages is the common building with toilets and showers.
Cabin 56 m2
Our largest cabin is fully modern and with a living area of 56 m² also our largest cabin. The cabin also has a lovely veranda that faces the water.
In the cabin there are 6 beds evenly distributed over the bedroom, the sleeping loft and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, tv, WiFi, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Near the sea
Distance to the beach is 50 to 100 meters.
Row boats are available for rent at the beach, and there you will also find the wood-burning sauna.
Activities
If you prefer outdoor activities, there is a beautiful hiking trail to walk or bikes and boats to rent right outside. Here at Klobbar's Guest House, you have all the conditions to have a really pleasant life.
